Independent Operation:
All participants, including vendors and trunk-or-treat participants, operate independently and without any affiliation to the White Center Business Alliance (WCBA). The WCBA is providing only a designated space for your booth or setup and is not responsible for the management, operation, or activities of your participation.
Liability:
Participants acknowledge and agree that the WCBA is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or legal liabilities that may occur to persons, property, merchandise, or actions during the event. Participation is at your own risk.

Participants are responsible for setting up, staffing, and taking down their own booth or trunk. The designated space must be left clean and free of debris after the event.
Donation / Fees:
Participation may include a suggested donation (e.g., $20) to help cover event costs. This donation is voluntary but appreciated.
Photography / Media:
By participating, you consent to the WCBA taking photos or videos of the event, which may include your setup, for promotional purposes.
Event Changes:
The WCBA reserves the right to make changes to event timing, location, or layout as necessary.

Participants must treat all attendees, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Any booth donations or registration fees will not be refunded if you are unable to vend due to missing documentation or no-shows.
Booth Responsibility:
Booth operators are responsible for their own displays, tables, chairs, umbrellas/tents, weights, etc.
If you need additional materials or supplies, indicate this in your application, and WCBA volunteers will do their best to assist.

Vendors are responsible for all permits and licenses required by the state, county, and city for the sale of their products.
Vendors should make an effort to align with the event theme if possible.
