Halloween Vendor Sign Up Form
Come be part of the Rat City Halloween Block Party and help turn White Center into a fun, spooky street celebration! We’re closing down 16th and are looking for folks to take over the street with booths, trunk-or-treat setups, or other creative ways to join the fun! The more the merrier
Event Details:
🗓 Date: Friday, October 31st
⏰ Vending (Trick or Treat Event Time: 4:00–7:00 PM (feel free to stay later!)
📍 Location: White Center Business Core (16th ave between Roxbury - 100th)
-Outdoor Spaces only - Street will be closed
Cost: FREE however $20 suggested donation:
💀 A $20 donation is suggested to help cover event costs and support future community events. (Donations are appreciated but not required!)
Ways to Participate:
🎪 Vendor Booth (10x10 space)
🚗 Trunk-or-Treat (Decorate your car, bring candy, and join the fun for kids of all ages!)
👻 Other Let us know about a creative set up you would like to do and we can do our best to accommodate it!
Guidelines:
Setup Time: Please arrive by 3:00 PM to allow for setup before the event starts at 4:00 PM.
Decorations: Be creative! Decorate your booth, car, or trunk in a fun, family-friendly way. Scary themes are welcome but keep it appropriate for kids of all ages.
Candy: Please bring plenty of individually wrapped, store bought candy to share with trick-or-treaters (aim for around 500-1000 pieces)
Safety:
Keep walkways clear for children and families.
Supervise your booth/car at all times.
No dangerous props or open flames.
Participation: Please stay in your designated spot for the duration of the event (4:00–7:00 PM).
Clean-Up: Please take all trash with you when leaving.
Fun Spirit: Costumes encouraged!
